The spontaneous aggregation of A\u03b2 proteins forms neurotoxic deposits, which mechanistically induce toxicity to the nervous system. In Alzheimer&#8217;s disease patients, tau protein will have abnormal modification behaviors, such as hyperphosphorylation and aggregation, and eventually form neurofibrillary tangles, leading to the abnormal and loss of neuronal function and affecting the nervous system.
